ICAPCD Notice of Cancellation of Public Hearing for Adoption of the 2017 Imperial County SIP for 8-Hour Ozone

The Imperial County Air Pollution Control District Board of Directors public hearing, which was scheduled for May 16, 2017 for considering the adoption of the 2017 Imperial County State Implementation Plan for 8-hour Ozone (Ozone SIP), has been CANCELLED until further notice. The 2017 Ozone SIP addresses the Clean Air ACT requirements for areas designated as attainment for the National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS), but for emissions from Mexico.

The public review period has also been cancelled until further notice. Please contact the Air District should you have any questions, (442) 265-1800.
