Recorder's
Office is responsible for the recording of
deeds, mortgages, decrees of court, and leases affecting
title to real property in the county. This office also
maintains Uniform Commercial Code filings, subdivision
maps, and vital statistics, including births, deaths and
marriages within the county.
The Recorder's office also
provides plain , or certified copies of official
Records, and certified copies of Vital Records such as
Birth, Death, an Marriage certificates.
