An Important Message From The Assessor
I want to welcome you to the Imperial County Assessor’ Website. We have modified this site to make it easier to access to public information and to use new online services now available and those coming in the future.
The new online services are part of our effort to improve how we serve taxpayers in keeping with the Imperial County Strategic Plan 2020. Starting this year, farmers may electronically file (or e-file) their property statements directly to the Assessor.
The form mailed to each farmer owner in March included a separate sheet with the unique, private and secure access code your business will need to e-file: https://obpfn.mptsweb.com/OBPFN/obpf/imperial to access the e-file system and complete instructions to file. You also can contact the Assessor’s Office at 442-265-1300 or email: email@example.com for assistance.
E-filing will require the same information as the paper form this year. However, in subsequent years, the e-form will automatically populate with the prior year’s data. Then, the filer will note only changes made in the current year.
For further assistance and for questions or concerns about your property assessment, please call: (442) 265-1300, The Assessor’s property tax assessment information line or send an email at: firstname.lastname@example.org .
